• Orders placed on Amazon India are subject to Amazon’s pricing, payment, and fee structures.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on kikiluxxa.com:
• Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
• You will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Acceptance of your order and a binding contract are formed only when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent to you.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment. Estimated delivery times are:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Additional terms:
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact us at support@kikiluxxa.com.
• Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery.
• Products purchased via Amazon India are shipped and delivered under Amazon’s fulfilment and delivery policies.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
8.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and replacements in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged or broken.
• Product received is defective or does not function as described.
• Wrong product delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@kikiluxxa.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
8.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
8.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For orders placed on Amazon India, Amazon’s returns & refund policy will apply.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@kikiluxxa.com or +91 96245 70892. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return process.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment failures, stock unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
